Hello again,

Well it’s Christmas in Australia right now. I must admit it feels a little weird. The sun is shining, and shows no mercy! We have planned a seafood feast and a major beach party for Christmas day!! I hope to have a little greeting for you all from our beach festivities tomorrow.

The Tom Fun b’yes are on their way to meet us in Australia! We will be heading out in a big ol’ van to The Woodford Festival and The Peats Ridge Festival to play….a whole bunch of shows. Myself, Thomas and Shane have 9 shows to kill in 3 days!!  After the festivals I get to open for the one and only Steve Poltz. I am super stoked!!

Hey! Yikes…sorry I have not been around lately. We were on the road, playing shows and living in a converted school bus! I have been living the dream. Many thanks to everyone at Joe’s Waterhole in Eumundi, and The Great Northern in Byron Bay for the wonderful welcoming and dancing! I had an excellent time at Bay FM Radio Studios, high fives to Ash for playing the record so much! We were also very fortunate to have a road manager for this little trip. Thanks so much to Paul for being our adventure guide/cook/driver/CD salesman and all around super awesome guy. It sure felt like Santa came early this year. We were able to explore so many breathtaking beaches and so much more of this gorgeous country. I am sure we will remember these lasts four days forever.

On our way back to Sydney we stopped at an open mic in Woolgoolga (yep, a real place!) and managed to sell a bunch of CD’s. I’ve met so many beautiful souls on this trip that I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. Tomorrow we are heading off to Kiamba to record a video! Then we anxiously await the arrival of the Tom Fun b’yes so we can continue to rock and roll all over paradise :)

Hello! Just a quick note to let everyone know that we are having the time of our lives in Oz and the response to the shows and the record have been amazing! High fives to everyone @ Code One and ABC/Universal for all of their hard work. I have been very fortunate to have received some sweet press and I have talked to many radio hosts who are loving and playing the record!

We have a few days off before we head on up the Gold Coast….I am stoked to see so much more of this beautiful country, and to hit as many beaches as possible! I am a lucky duck.

Hello from PARADISE!

We made it to Australia safe and sound, with our luggage and gear! It is so great to be back. We are well taken care of here in Petersham. It’s so awesome to see everything from the tropical birds, the weather, the posters of shows coming to town, the Fender Vibro King I get to play through, and… the people from this magical land! Oh and the food. Can not forget the fabulous food!

I had some excellent interviews and coverage on ABC Radio here in Oz. We have only played 2 shows so far but the response has been amazing. We are playing at Manly Fisho’s tonight and we are told it is going to be jammed!
